We will begin by introducing ourselves as we wait for everyone to join the meeting. Then, Brenna will guide us through some meditation and grounding exercises to help us get in the right mindset. She will deliver a 10-minute talk on mindset, motivating us to take action—even if it's messy—and encouraging us to look within. Afterward, we will break into small groups to get to know each other better and discuss the mindset blocks that are holding us back. We also encourage you to set some goals and find an accountability partner to help push you toward taking action.
