Join us for a one hour exploration into the world of new age and woo-woo concepts that have been growing in popularity in recent years. During this event, we will talk about topics including crystals, EFT tapping, breathwork, energy work, Reiki, and frequencies.  Katya, with Body Strong Vibes, will provide an introduction to each concept and explain how they may be used to support holistic health and wellness.
