I have been a massage therapist since 2014 and owned a massage therapy business in Illinois for 8 years before deciding to enjoy the much nicer winter weather here in North Carolina!! Growing up, ballet was my greatest passion and I played sports all throughout school. Because of this, I knew what an impact massage could have on the body – both for injury prevention and recovery. It also just feels great! It is my goal to help others keep their muscles healthy while being part of a regular self-care routine.
I have a wonderful husband, two crazy dogs, and a cuddly cat! Loving on all of them is my favorite thing to do! When I'm not working or at home, you can find me hiking, kayaking, or listening to live music. I love trying to new restaurants and going to the movies!
